arrival & Parking:

Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before service to allow time to park and check in for baptism.

Since you will be on campus for a longer period of time than usual, we're asking all participants to please park towards the back of the lot at your campus to help facilitate less congestion in the main lots.

Before Service:

Weekend Services: Please make sure you have spoken with a Baptism Team Coordinator to talk about your water baptism.  You are NOT confirmed until that conversation takes place. Your Baptism Team Coordinator will provide you with information regarding check-in for the day/time that you have selected.

Special Indoor & Outdoor Baptisms: Come to the check-in table FIRST to confirm your attendance and receive your baptism shirt. Check-in is also available after service.

Please note: If you plan to bring a bag of clothes into the Sanctuary, prepare to have it searched and tagged for identification by security.

during service:

Weekend Services: Baptisms will happen before services. Please refer to the instructions received from your Baptism Team Coordinator.

Special Indoor & Outdoor Baptisms: Come in to enjoy worship and the message! The communicator will let you know when to leave the service early to participate in baptism.

after Service:

If you have children in Victory Kids, please pick them up BEFORE your baptism. It would be great for them to be a part of this amazing moment in your life, too!

Once you are checked in, go to the changing area and the volunteers will direct you.

Please note: Childcare will not be provided during special services outside of our normal weekend services such as Thirst or special events.

after your baptism:

We will have a certificate for you! On the day of your baptism, you will either receive it in person or we will communicate when it will become available. (Please note: The name on your baptism certificate will be the same as the participant's name that you entered during registration.)

Important Note for Children's Baptisms

If you registered children, please note that they will need to speak to a Victory Kids minister in person on the scheduled baptism date. This is to evaluate their baptism understanding and readiness. Please contact your Victory Kids representative with any questions you may have.

Inclement Weather Plan

Your safety is our utmost concern. Rain or shine, baptisms will usually go on as scheduled. However, if there is thunder and lightning in the area, baptisms will be suspended, and you will be notified via email (if known in advance) or from the stage during service. As of this moment, baptisms are still scheduled. Please continue to pray about this amazing moment!
